Where a deposit or upfront payment is required, work may not begin until payment has been received.

5. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Projects may rely on third-party services such as Webflow, Xano, Wized, GoHighLevel, Mailgun, Firebase, payment providers, APIs, hosting services, artificial intelligence platforms and other external systems.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise:

• Clients are responsible for their own third-party accounts and subscriptions
• Expert Web does not control third-party pricing, availability, features or terms
• Expert Web is not responsible for outages, service changes, account restrictions or discontinuation caused by third-party providers

Where Expert Web configures a platform on a client's behalf, ownership and access arrangements will be agreed as part of the project.

For GoHighLevel services, clients are generally expected to maintain their own GoHighLevel account and subscription. Expert Web may configure and build systems within that client-owned account.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once all applicable project fees have been paid, the client will receive rights to use the final project deliverables specifically created for them.

Expert Web retains ownership of:

• Pre-existing intellectual property
• Reusable development methods
• General-purpose code and utilities
• Internal tools
• Frameworks
• Processes
• Technical knowledge and know-how
• Components developed independently of the client's project

Third-party software, fonts, libraries, plugins, platforms and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences.

The client retains ownership of content, trademarks, data and materials they provide.

7. Portfolio and Project References

Unless confidentiality has been agreed or the client requests otherwise in writing, Expert Web may identify completed work as part of its professional portfolio and may reference the client's business name, website and a general description of the services provided.

Confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed as part of a portfolio reference.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties should treat confidential business, technical and commercial information received during a project as confidential and use it only for purposes related to the project.

This does not apply to information that:

• Is already publicly available
• Was lawfully known before disclosure
• Is received lawfully from another source
• Must be disclosed by law

9. AI and Automation Services

Some Expert Web services may use artificial intelligence, automated analysis or third-party AI platforms.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving business-critical content, decisions and automated workflows before deployment where appropriate.

10. Project Timelines

Any project timeline provided by Expert Web is based on the information available at the time and assumes timely client feedback, approvals and access.

Timelines may change due to:

• Changes in scope
• Delayed client feedback
• Delayed content or access

• Third-party service dependencies
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will communicate material changes to expected delivery dates where reasonably possible.

11. Warranties and Results

• Sales or revenue

Digital performance depends on many factors outside the control of Expert Web.

12. Limitation of Liability

Fees for work already completed and authorised costs incurred remain payable following termination.
